Sweet Sparkle launched in 2016 as a subscription-based makeup box service to help beauty lovers discover the best in beauty. Sweet Sparkle has since evolved into an eCommerce destination that also sells individual beauty and skin care products. With roots in Downtown Los Angeles, Sweet Sparkle has first-hand access to global brands and trends that are personalized for each customer based on their unique shopping patterns. When will my subscription box ship?
If you signed up before March 1, 2017, please contact us to get more information on your account.
If you signed up on or after March 1, 2017:
We begin shipping within the first week of each calendar month. If your billing date occurs after the first week, your order will be processed within 3-5 days from your billing date.
You will receive an email with tracking information when your box ships. If you live outside of the U.S., shipping typically takes from 2-4 weeks, but can be longer depending on which country you reside in.
Is Sweet Sparkle available outside of the US?
Yes! We offer FREE worldwide shipping for our monthly box so that anyone with a love for beauty can experience Sweet Sparkle's monthly subscription box. For individual product sales, rates will vary by weight & country and will be calculated at checkout. Please check out our shipping page for a list of countries we ship to along with additional shipping information.

I haven’t received my box yet. What’s up?
You will have received an email with tracking information for your order. If you live outside of the U.S., shipping typically takes from 2-4 weeks, but can be longer depending on which country you reside in. Please contact us if you have a question regarding the status of your order.
Can I shop with Sweet Sparkle even if I don’t subscribe?
Yes. You can now purchase products directly from our newly launched store. Don’t forget to sign-up for our monthly subscription box!
What products will my Sweet Sparkle Box contain?
Each month you will receive FIVE FULL-SIZE beauty products. We may include bonus items each month in addition to the five full-size products.
Do you replace damaged items?
If any of your items have arrived damaged, please contact us with information regarding the damaged items.
My box is missing an item. What should I do?
If your box is missing any item(s), please contact us with information regarding the missing items.
I have allergies to certain products and ingredients. What do I do?
At this time, we are unable to pick out any products pertaining to your allergies. In the future, we hope to customize our boxes to better meet the needs of our subscribers.
Managing Your Account
How do I update my account?
Sign into “My Account” on sweetsparkle.com.
From there, you can edit your account information, view your subscriptions, update billing or shipping addresses, change your password, modify your address book entries, and log out.
Please note that if you did not create an account at the time of purchase, you will need to create one with the same email address with purchase to view your subscription & billing information. Please contact us if you need assistance.
How do I update my shipping address?
Please follow these steps to update your shipping address.
- Sign into “My Account” on sweetsparkle.com.
- Click on the “View Addresses” section
- Click Edit to update your new address information
- Don’t forget to click “Update Address” to save your changes.
Please keep in mind that every month, your box will be shipped to the address that is listed in your profile. If you want to change your shipping address, please make the change before the first of every month.

What forms of payment can I use?
We accept VISA, Mastercard, Discover or American Express credit cards, or debit cards as payment. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept checks, money orders, gift cards, or PayPal at this time.
Subscription / Billing
Which box will I receive upon subscribing?
Each month’s box ships within the first week of each calendar month. If you order after the first week, your order will be processed and shipped within 3-5 business days from your order date. You will receive the current month’s box.
If you sign up on March 1st, your March box order will ship on or before March 7th with the first shipments of the month.
If you sign up on March 15th, your March box order will be processed and shipped within 3-5 business days.
How much does shipping cost?
For monthly box subscribers, shipping is free! For all other orders, your shipping will be calculated at checkout. Don’t forget to check out free shipping offers & discounts!
If I change my mind, can I cancel?
Yes, you can cancel your subscription at anytime. If you have already been billed for a subscription box and have cancelled, your cancellation will take effect in the next billing cycle.
For quarterly, semi-annual, and annual subscriptions, cancelling your subscription will cancel the automatic renewal. You will still receive the rest of your subscription boxes every month until your paid subscription period ends.
How do I reactivate my subscription?
To reactivate your subscription, sign into your account. Under Monthly Box Subscriptions, click on the Manage Subscriptions link. You will be able to re-activate your subscription here. Please contact us if you need assistance
When can I expect to be billed for my subscription?
If you signed up before February 8, 2017 or after February 28, 2017, we will bill you according to your sign-up anniversary date. For example, if you sign up on September 27th, 27th is your sign-up anniversary date. Therefore, we will bill you on October 27th, November 27th, December 27th, and so on. As an active subscriber, your subscription automatically renews itself as long as your billing and payment information is valid and you have not canceled.
If you signed up between February 8, 2017 and February 28, 2017, you will be billed on the 1st of the month after your first month.
Can I get a refund for my monthly subscription box?
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for Sweet Sparkle boxes. If your Sweet Sparkle box or product(s) are damaged or missing, please contact us for assistance.
